The Practice Manager Development Programme - starting 7th January 2021

A confident and competent Practice Manager can be the difference between success and failure, between balance and burnout for any aspiring Principal.

I'm delighted to announce that, in collaboration with Lisa Bainham, President of the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM), my clients in the Extreme Business 2021 Coaching Programme will be invited to join a 12-week Practice Manager Development Programme from the New Year.

Commencing Thursday 7th January 2021, at 13:00, I'll be inviting owners, managers and would-be managers to join Lisa and I as we unveil a comprehensive look at the role, responsibilities and skills required to survive and thrive as The Covid-19 Practice manager (and beyond).

  • Every week, a live webinar with Lisa and myself with presentation, downloads and live Q&A;

  • Recordings of the webinar available for catch up and/or review (with automated vCPD);

  • Access to our Extreme Weekly Tracker automated progress reporting system;

  • On-demand access to Lisa and myself via Zoom call and/or email;

  • Participation in all the other activities and benefits of our coaching programme;

  • Full access to our extensive library of learning materials in The Extreme Business Academy.

This will be the first of our new quarterly development programmes to support clients - during the year we will also be offering further courses on Financial Control, The Patient Experience and Marketing.

All included in our price of £300 p.c.m (inclusive of VAT) per dental business (if you have more than one location/manager - same price).

I want to be the lowest paid member of your team and make the biggest impact in 2021.
