Clients continue to express their concerns around the performance and behaviour (P&F) of existing team members, as well as the fickle nature of new employees.
Here’s an extract from an email I read just today:
“The fabulous, amazing marketing girl we just hired … quit !
After less than 2 weeks!! She said she had applied for this big company in the city a few months back. It’s got more prospects and travel.
Back to square one.”
This whole leadership and management thing - so many books written and yet it still seems to be about simply being loyal and kind (a two-way process).
