One of the frequently asked questions I field is “what makes a successful practice?”
The short answer is passion – a passionate Principal and team are hard to beat as prerequisites.
But I know that when I say that, the listener nods in understanding at the behaviour required to succeed but remains quizzical about the performance standards.
