How much of your advertising spend is aimed at attracting shoppers, kickers, hunters and wasters to your web site and/or your front door?

Can I make a request please?

And focus on the people that you should be attracting.

People who are looking for:

  2. Skill

  3. Experience

  4. Quality

  5. Customer service

  6. Confidence

They are such a joy to deal with and they will tell their friends.
