Given that many independently-owned mixed practices are behind on target and facing clawback.
Given the ongoing challenges of recruitment of both clinical and non-clinical team members.
Given the rising costs of operating a business - notably energy and wages.
Given the poaching of associates (sorry - headhunting) that the corporates are now introducing, with golden hellos and benefits packages.
It is crushing logic that the barriers to entry on delivery of dentistry are lowered (subject, of course, to the appropriate training and competence).........
