
Here's a new trend I'm spotting.
Owner's spouses/partners deciding that they don't want to go back to their pre-Covid careers in corporate UK and joining the practice as business development managers.
It's a great idea, provided you can establish strong boundaries from the beginning around "work-related conversation".
Without those boundaries - talking about other people's performance and behaviour when you should be talking about sleep, nutrition, exercise, fun and family - that's when it can go wrong.
With those boundaries - nothing beats a committed couple who both have skin in the game.
I love working with them.
p.s. I'm seeing some children join their parent's business as well.
