Drowning in HTM 01-05

To elaborate on an earlier tweet – chatting with a client who has 3 active surgeries and finding that the equipment simply cannot cope with the demands of his patient throughput. Queues forming in the sterilisation suite, nurses getting stressed out and material costs skyrocketing. Is anybody else out there having the same experience or is he doing something wrong?
