Abi Dental Dental and Cosmetic Centre

When I first walked through the door at Abi Dental and met principal and founder Abeer Al Adhami I realised very quickly that I was in the company of a very talented and ambitious business woman.

Virtually single handedly Abi has created an attractively branded and modern practice with limited help and financial resources.

However, when we met she and her team were ready to take the practice to the next level.

As always on a Discovery Day, we closed the doors to patients for the day, put the telephone on answering service and spent a good eight hours talking about Abi's vision for the practice as a whole and how it could fit into the 21st Century dental market place.

By the end of that day we were able to agree a series of strategies and tactics which are being implemented right now to take the practice to its full potential.
