So true about the lessons to add to the  bonus systems, money itself is a short term reward that often becomes an expectation (a subtly increasing expectation too) but you cannot top that list at the end.
It&#039;s harder but it serves as the &quot;prevention&quot; to the &quot;cure&quot; of staff value and engagement.
