Homeward bound, originally uploaded by coachbarrow999.
After two splendid days of 1:1 coaching in Scotland I am on a late
flight from Glasgow to Exeter and facing a 90 minute drive home and
another midnight arrival.
When the work is good, the travel becomes effortless - and the work
has been good.
I have seen 2 very different practices with one thing in common.
That’s the potential to double their profits in the next two years.
With my help, that’s exactly what they will do, whilst maintaining
clinical standards and customer care.
However, in both cases, the principals will be working fewer hours.
How is that achieved?
1. A clear vision;
2. Accurate financial monitoring and modelling;
3. 2008/9 marketing systems;
4. A customer service and patient journey standard that fits the
demographic niche;
And a team of pro-active external advisors and fully committed staff.
Becoming a catalyst in the evolution of those systems and people - that’s what I love to do.
